You are invited to a discrete therapy environment. You will join a small group (only 4-6 people) for the Anger Management Program. You will learn to identify your anger triggers, practice the strategies that work best for you to defuse your anger, manage conflict, build healthy relationships, and take back control of your own life.
If you prefer, you can also choose the individual Anger Management Program.
